This special tour itinerary, sees you enjoy a day filled with Italian culture and festivities.
We start our morning by heading to a local smallgoods producers, and learn about the art of making salami, and the story behind the cacciatore. "The Hunter".
Our next stop is our friends Calabria Family Wines, for a private Tasting Experience of the some amazing reds and whites from the region and includes a visit to the Calabria Wines Barrel room and photo opportunities.
Afterwards we visit the Salami Judging of the annual festival and learn what is in involved in judging an award winning salami!
Our next stop includes entry to the Italian Festival where guests will have 2 hours to enjoy lunch, taste, shop and explore the best of the local Italian Food and Wine Scene. (more info here)
